Hi, thank you for visiting my business website. If you’re looking for someone to help with your PC or Mac, here’s why you might want to give me a call.
Born in the UK, my family and I relocated to France in March 2017. On the back of Brexit we decided the time was right. I live in the Aude region of Languedoc-Roussillon (now Occitanie) with my two young children.
Prior to moving I worked as a technical publications manager for Broadcom, a US multinational that design and manufactures semiconductors. Your TV probably uses one of the chips I used to document. Your home router almost definitely does. I loved my job! Now my children are settled into the creche and the maternelle, I work part time as a technical freelance writer and also run this IT support business, which enables me to meet new people and share my knowledge and skills with others.
Please take a look.
Being self-employed presents its own challenges but I love that I am in charge of my time as it means I can enjoy my young family as well as the wonderful countryside on my doorstep.
When I’m not working I am busy working on my French and am also an avid cyclist. I also enjoy walking, crafting, and cooking.
If you’d like to know more about me, please visit my personal blog, A Leap Into the Void, where I share stories about our new life in France.
How I work
I work on a 121 basis either locally, at your private home or office, or anywhere in the world, via remote computer link, using software that enables me to access your system via the Internet. I can help with your PC or Mac and other technology, like tables, iPads or phones, and offer these services and also bespoke 121 help, as needed.
